Gardenstory

Roughly fifty stairs lead us to the back garden of Villa Barbara, where Gardenstory is located, a small studio pavilion for one to two people. The name itself reveals its secret, which is its particular location, the designer Mediterranean garden.

The Gardenstory consists of sleeping space, a spacious wellness bathroom, a mini-block kitchen, and a living area formed by two glass walls that create a unique but dynamic space. A space that directly connects the interior with the exterior, blending with the natural environment into one, which is the characteristic of the apartment itself.

The transparency of the glass walls evokes a feeling of belonging to nature and its peaceful Mediterranean environment. The connection between man and nature and its surroundings is also underlined by the details of bamboo wood that characterize the modernly furnished apartment.

The fascinating panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay completes the scent of different Mediterranean herbs. The exceptional atmosphere is created at night with intimate lighting specially designed for the location. The whole setting is complemented by a Jacuzzi where you can relax with a glass of champagne, observing the reflection of the moonlight on the open sea and indulging in the charm of an authentic Mediterranean environment. It sounds like a dream. This is our Gardenstory, a small piece of heaven on earth.

Availability

Lovran is a town with a long and diverse past, with a hundred-year-long tradition of tourism. It took its name from laurel, laurus nobilis, which grows abundantly in the evergreen groves in the town and environs. Of all the places that have developed on the steep eastern slopes of Učka, Lovran is the oldest, coming into being directly on the coast of Liburnia. Lovran has preserved its historical core and medieval city plan. The old city was girt with defensive walls and bastions, on the foundations and walls of which, during time, houses have been built. The courtyards of the Old Town are a particular charm of Mediterranean cityscapes.
