In order to book an apartment, it is necessary to pay 30% (bank account) of the total price within a week. Once the advance is received a booking confirmation is sent.
The rest of the amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Cancellation
Cancellation is possible at any time. 30% of the advance payment is withheld.
With the agreement, it is possible to use the advance payment for the reservation in another period.
